We are in the process of emailing everyone that has a current order with us and updating them on the status of their order. Several times last month, some of us were out of the office and had some of our various email accounts forwarded- we just realized that there had been a problem with (and thankfully were able to fix) this, but unfortunately, we're afraid we may have "lost" a number of emails in the process. Our sincerest apologies if you've had any trouble in contacting us- we're trying to remedy this as speak by touching base with everyone. Can we blame the technology???
